Job summary

SpaceXAI in Palo Alto is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage interview logistics, host candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

It is an in-office, five-day-per-week position with opportunities to influence recruiting processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in recruiting or people operations, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced startup-like environments preferred.
• Experience in people operations or recruiting functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage onsite and virtual candidate interviews.
• Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics promptly.
• Host candidates onsite and create a warm, human candidate experience.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure quality service.
• Drive process improvements and participate in special projects.
• Maintain data integrity by updating candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
