Thyme Care, Inc. is seeking a candidate-focused Recruiting Coordinator to guide applicants through the interview process and coordinate conversations with our care team.

You'll serve as a resource at every step and help deliver an outstanding candidate experience aligned with our culture. You'll own the recruiting process, manage scheduling, support stakeholder communication, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of coordination experience in startups.
• Ability to adapt in fast-changing priorities.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Ashby, managing pipelines and interview kits.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication; trusted with candidates and stakeholders.
• Skilled calendar management and relationship building with executives.
• Excellent communicator with executive exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from start to finish, including job descriptions and scorecards.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and panel debriefs with hiring teams.
• Develop relationships with candidates and stakeholders; maintain clear communication.
• Identify process improvements across recruiting functions.
• Own recruiting reporting to track pipelines and activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PeopleOps to share employee stories.
• Grow into Recruiter or Recruiting Operations role.
