Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to drive the candidate experience within the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will own scheduling, travel arrangements, background checks, and offer-letter processing to ensure a smooth interview journey.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in talent acquisition, strong calendar management, and proficiency with Outlook and Greenhouse ATS. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York City with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in a Talent Acquisition organization.
• Experience handling complex calendaring and other logistics for others.
• Ability to maintain trust, confidentiality and discretion with all staff and candidates.
• Genuine passion for recruitment and talent operations, with proactive delivery mindset.
• Microsoft Outlook experience is a must.
• Greenhouse ATS experience a plus.
• GoodTime coordination tool experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place the candidate experience journey at the forefront of decision making.
• Handle heavy interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment for larger functions.
• Provide high-touch care and act as primary contact for candidates throughout their experience from initiation to pre-boarding.
• Manage the candidate’s travel by booking travel, reimbursements, and post-interview care.
• Initiate and manage background check processing and administration.
• Process and own offer letter stage and documentation.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
