Job summary

PSI Services LLC in Henderson, NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide operational and investigative support across departments in a fast-paced call center. This full-time, on-site role focuses on candidate care, coordinating resources, de-escalating concerns, and maintaining confidential data for reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in a Tier 2 customer service role preferred.
• Acceptable attendance point balance in previous roles.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with various departments to support all activities related to the Candidate Care team.
• Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase candidate satisfaction.
• Complete full circle site investigations, manage candidate care inbox, and de-escalate concerns via email and telephone.
• Communicate investigation results with Test Center Leadership and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
• Address candidate feedback and coordinate lost and found inbox operations.
• Reschedule candidates and maintain candidate data for reporting.
• Create and maintain candidate cases and respond to information requests from stakeholders.
