Formación

• Requires nursing degree with eligibility for NH licensure.
• Bachelor’s in Nursing required; alternative path with ASN + non-nursing bachelor’s and Master’s matriculation acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in identified specialty.
• Excellent informatics, verbal and written communications skills desired.
• Nursing Professional Development Board Certification preferred within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate unit-based orientation programs for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, LNAs, aides).
• Deliver training and ensure staff competency on systems (point of care testing, medications, EHR).
• Assign preceptors with unit leadership.
• Manage competencies for nursing staff on assigned unit.
• Develop and implement education programs for orientation, competency and continuing nursing education.
• Support preceptor development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with departments to improve patient care and participate in interprofessional education.
