Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of medical, surgical, radiation oncology, infusion, and referrals across sites.
• Serve as the hub for scheduling requests and verify demographics/insurance and referrals.
• Interact with patients and families by phone or in person, maintaining performance metrics for accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist in outbound calls to prepare patients and schedule/confirm appointments when needed.
