Qualifications

• Prefer clerical experience in healthcare settings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a high level of customer service.
• Schedule appointments, manage registrations, and coordinate calendars.
• Prepare, organize, and complete paperwork and maintain logs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the health care team to support efficient workflows.
• Maintain clerical operations across all department modalities.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Participate in process improvements and department initiatives.
• Support daily department operations by maintaining supplies and a tidy workspace.
