The Canada Payroll Processor will be responsible for providing payroll services support to our client base. This is a fast-paced environment with emphasis on personal initiative. This is a tremendous opportunity for a skilled payroll professional who is interested in interfacing with clients to provide “best-in-class" payroll expertise. Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

• Process payrolls using Workday
• Generate on-demand payments as requested
• Enter and maintain employee master file records
• Assist with new client implementations as needed
• Maintain payroll support documentation
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Log activity into the client Manager ticketing system
• Provide outstanding payroll services support

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; higher education preferred
• At least 1 year of Payroll Clerk experience
• 2-5 years of payroll experience using industry-standard software
• FPC certification required before or within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of payroll processing is preferred
• Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
