Job summary

Wise in Austin, Texas, is seeking a driven growth-focused leader to define and execute the Canada GTM strategy. You will own new customer acquisition and contribution margins, shape messaging and channels, and collaborate with global teams to optimize product promotions for Canadian customers.

You’ll partner with London-based channel leads and regional Growth and Product teams to align on features, campaigns, and market insights.

Qualifications

• You understand unit economics, payback, and size opportunities to guide budgets.
• Experience running geo tests, A/B tests, and incrementality experiments.
• Experience owning a marketing budget and delivering ROI.
• Influential leader able to work cross-functionally without direct authority.

• Deep experience across acquisition channels to review and improve work.

• Define the go-to-market strategy for Wise in Canada, including messaging, positioning, channel mix, and budget allocation.
• Own new customer acquisition and contribution margin growth for the Canadian market.
• Build a deep understanding of the Canadian customer and competitive landscape.
