Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant, Ecommerce – Canada, to support daily operations of the Canada ecommerce site and partner with the Director of Ecommerce to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience for Canadian customers. You will manage product lifecycles, site merchandising, promotions, QA, analytics, and cross-functional projects with Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, CRM, and US teams.

The role requires 2+ years in ecommerce with Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience and strong

Qualifications

2+ years in Ecommerce, Digital Merchandising, Site Operations, or Digital Marketing.
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) or similar.
Experience with Google Analytics GA4 or similar analytics tools.
Strong Excel and Office skills; highly organized and detail-focused.
Excellent communication; ability to collaborate across teams; bilingual English/French preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Canada Ecommerce business and daily site operations.
Manage catalog lifecycle: launches, categorization, and assortment updates.
Execute promotions and content updates; ensure accurate messaging and pricing.
Perform daily QA across desktop and mobile for premium experience.
Prepare weekly/monthly reporting on traffic, conversions, sales, top sellers, promos.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Buying/Planning, and US Ecommerce teams.
