Kate Spade New York is seeking a Director, North America Ecommerce to lead day-to-day performance across four websites, driving revenue, conversion, profitability, and customer engagement while delivering a best-in-class digital shopping experience.

You will translate enterprise priorities into actionable strategies, collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Tech, Analytics, and Operations, and build a high-performing ecommerce team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ecommerce leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in ecommerce merchandising and analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and GA4.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed org.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America Ecommerce business across four sites and drive revenue, conversion, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Develop and execute seasonal and annual ecommerce strategies to accelerate growth.
• Monitor trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement actions to hit targets.
• Lead weekly business recaps and senior leadership reporting with actionable insights.
• Define onsite merchandising, content, and customer journey strategies to optimize conversion.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships across Merchandising, Marketing, Tech, Analytics, and Operations.
