Job summary

Delaware LLC invites applications for the CAN Case Review Specialist within the Office of the Child Advocate. The role supports the CAN Panel with case screening, data entry, and coordination of medical records, subpoenas, and minutes.

The ideal candidate has Delaware child welfare experience, strong communication, and is comfortable handling confidential information. This on-site position includes benefits and opportunities to influence policy through data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Delaware’s child welfare system preferred.
• Experience working with abused, neglected, exploited or economically disadvantaged children or clients.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and monitor cases referred to the CAN Panel from the Office of the Investigation Coordinator.
• Enter and track cases in OCA’s data management system.
• Submit subpoenas for medical records and coordinate with medical abstractors.

Skills
