Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in human services, HR, or related areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign staff to fill program vacancies.
• Process staff call-offs and collaborate with managers to develop coverage solutions.
• Approve and track time worked, and report payroll metrics.
• Ensure consistent communication between workforce teams and program management.
