Job summary

University of Delaware is seeking an Assistant Director for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in Newark, DE. The role oversees a high-volume campus visit program, supervising 100+ student ambassadors and coordinating tours, information sessions and events.

Under the Director, you’ll lead scheduling, training, and evaluation of guides, manage CRM requirements, and collaborate with marketing and campus partners to enhance the visitor experience and yield events.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
• Experience with college student affairs, student programming and mentorship.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Experience with Slate or other CRM and event planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish a yearly calendar of dates for visits and events.
• Recruit and hire new student tour guides as per program goals.
• Develop training and evaluation for new and returning guides.
• Manage day-to-day visitation programming and scheduling logistics.
• Manage Slate/CRM for visits, forms, surveys and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Admissions Marketing and campus units on tours.
• Support Admissions Events Team and campus partner coordination.
