Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of working in higher education, preferably admissions.
• 2+ years of working in higher education and supervising student employees.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Slate and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with email and social networking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the tour guide program with 100+ student guides and interns.
• Manage group visits, information sessions and campus visit operations.
• Support admissions counselors with travel and application review as needed.
• Coordinate weekend work and campus visit events.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and training for campus visit staff.
