Elon University on Elon Campus, NC seeks an Assistant Director of Admissions for Campus Visits to oversee a 100+ tour guide and intern program and support daily campus visit operations. The role reports to the Director of Admissions for Campus Visit within Undergraduate Admissions and involves information sessions, group visit coordination, and limited recruitment travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of working in higher education, preferably admissions.
• 2+ years of working in higher education and supervising student employees.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Slate and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with email and social networking.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the tour guide program with 100+ student guides and interns.
• Manage group visits, information sessions and campus visit operations.
• Support admissions counselors with travel and application review as needed.
• Coordinate weekend work and campus visit events.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and training for campus visit staff.
