Job summary

Elon University is seeking an Assistant Director of Admissions for Campus Visits to lead the tour guide and intern program, oversee campus visit operations and support admissions counselors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least one year in higher education, preferably admissions.
• Experience supervising student employees is preferred.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 100+ tour guides and student interns, manage schedules and events.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training and career development for tour guides.
• Coordinate group visits, information sessions and campus visit events.
• Provide atrium support and front desk coverage as needed.
