You will design campus visits, oversee the Student Ambassador Program, and manage recruitment events from planning to execution, serving as the primary contact for visitors and guiding prospective students through their campus experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in enrollment, admissions, student affairs, event planning, or related roles.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate personalized campus visits, tours, and special event experiences for prospective students, families, and groups.
• Lead, train, and supervise the WLU Student Ambassador Program.
• Plan, organize, and participate in admissions recruitment events both on and off campus.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors throughout their campus experience.
• Conduct post-visit conversations with students and families, guiding them to campus resources.
• Utilize CRM technology to manage visitor communications, track participation, and support recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and departments across campus to create welcoming visit experiences.
• Contribute to enrollment goals by creating exceptional first impressions for future students.
