West Liberty University in West Liberty, West Virginia seeks an energetic Admissions Events Coordinator to design and oversee campus visit experiences, tours, and recruitment events, serving as an ambassador for the Hilltopper community. You will lead and mentor the Student Ambassador program, coordinate events on and off campus, and be the primary contact for visitors.

This role involves CRM communications and collaboration with campus partners to recruit future students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience (leadership, admissions, recruitment, customer service, event planning).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

West Liberty University is seeking an energetic, student-centered professional to join our Enrollment Services team as an Admissions Events Coordinator. This highly visible position plays a vital role in helping prospective students and their families discover all that WLU has to offer through engaging, personalized campus visit experiences. As the Admissions Events Coordinator, you will oversee every aspect of the campus visitation program, from individual tours and group visits to large-scale recruitment events. You'll serve as a key ambassador for the University, helping students envision themselves as part of the Hilltopper community while leading and mentoring our Student Ambassador team. What You'll Do

Required

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience, including student leadership, admissions, recruitment, customer service, marketing, event planning, student affairs, or related experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment and special events.

Preferred

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in higher education, admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or marketing.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, databases, or Banner.Demonstrated success in event planning, relationship building, or student engagement initiatives.
