Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate personalized campus visit itineraries, including tours and appointments.
• Coordinate meetings with faculty, staff, coaches, and campus partners.
• Manage visit logistics, confirmations, reminders, and follow‑up communications.
• Monitor daily visit schedules and resolve scheduling or logistical issues.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise student ambassadors.
• Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to student ambassadors.
• Maintain accurate campus visit records and report on visit metrics.
