Job summary

Oklahoma State University (OSU) is seeking an Event Specialist to lead and support the planning and execution of prospective student campus visits, campus tours, and on- and off-campus events in Stillwater.

You will collaborate with the Admissions Office and campus partners to deliver hosted visits that align with enrollment goals and maintain high standards in the visitor experience. The role may supervise student workers and requires strong communication, project and time management skills.

Qualifications

• High School/GED; degree must be conferred by start date.
• Two years of work experience.
• Experience in planning, execution and management of campus visit experiences.
• Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement prospective student campus visit and event experiences.
• Collaborate with admissions staff to plan hosted visits, tours and events.
• Ensure campus visit and event experiences reflect enrollment initiatives.
