Job summary

Oklahoma State University, OSU-Stillwater campus, seeks a dedicated leader to supervise the Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment customer service team. You will guide staff, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold OSU brand standards across the front office.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years in higher education or related field with supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Some nights/weekends may be required to support recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or conferred by start date.
• Two years of relevant experience in a higher education setting or related field, including customer service and internal client management, with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a customer service team and model exceptional service standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of customer service specialists and students to connect with guests and provide proactive solutions.
• Hire, onboard, manage, train and model exceptional service standards for all staff.
• Develop and maintain a customer service team schedule with adequate office coverage.
• Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere in the front office and uphold OSU brand standards.
• Coordinate with department teams to stay informed about OSU Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment operations.
• Establish measurable service goals and monitor daily team output.
