Salute, a leading data center services provider, is seeking a Campus Vendor Manager in Afton, TX to manage vendor onboarding, compliance, contract review and alignment with customer scopes. You will act as the bridge between internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires 2+ years in vendor management or procurement, a Bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of contracts review, redlines, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, including contract setup, compliance documentation, and system integration.
• Facilitate NDA and VMSA execution via DocuSign.
• Review contracts, perform redlines, and negotiate terms.
• Track tasks and monitor vendor requests.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, operations, and finance to align on contracts and timelines.
• Maintain vendor records and data integrity.
• Provide analysis to support vendor relationship improvements.
