Salute is seeking a dynamic Vendor Specialist to manage relationships with hyperscale clients and suppliers, driving the vendor management program under leadership guidance. The role requires coordinating contract lifecycle, onboarding, KPI tracking, and financial alignment to maximize contract value.

Based on-site in Barstow, TX, relocation assistance is available. You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring governance and documentation accuracy, while upholding integrity in business

Qualifications

• Experience with vendor management programs and contract lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze contracts and vendor performance data.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract requests align with guidelines and budgetary needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive vendor information database with performance records.
• Track PO and invoicing activity within vendor management processes.
• Coordinate with Finance on prebilling confirmations and inquiries.
• Manage contract repository and expiration tracking.
• Guide onboarding and provide analysis for vendor relationships.
