Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash to designated areas.
• Restock supplies like soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Walk or stand for extended periods; lift up to 35 pounds, sometimes 50 pounds.
