Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Unarmed Computer Patrol Driver for Castle Hayne, NC. You will serve and safeguard clients at an educational location, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

6 months or more of security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen as required by law.
Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while following site procedures.
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, entrances, and perimeter areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other events calmly and following procedures.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and maintenance issues.
Prepare clear incident reports and patrol logs per guidelines.
