Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate campus personnel or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, classrooms, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures per site requirements.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate patrol activity to supervisors and campus representatives.
