Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Computer Patrol Driver for Castle Hayne, NC. You will provide customer service, perform campus patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents while upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
Drug screen will be conducted as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related responsibilities at an educational location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events following emergency procedures.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, facility concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports and logs in accordance with guidelines.
