The University of Texas at Austin's Parking and Transportation Services is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to assist with transportation programs on UT Main Campus. You will supervise student workers, compile reports, and handle daily administrative tasks while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, at least two years in customer service or admin roles, and a valid Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited high school or obtained an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years in customer service or administrative-related roles and completed transportation-related programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Self-managed and able to work independently, with ability to collaborate with staff.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles including carts and vans.
• Pass a criminal background check upon hire and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Transportation student workers and programs (PTS Pickup, Orange Bike Project).
• Prepare, maintain, and update transportation-related reports and logs.
• Read and respond to departmental correspondence.
• Collect information via databases and perform data entry/retrieval.
• Handle routine admin tasks and equipment operations as needed.
• Work under broad policy directions; support transportation and sustainability initiatives.
