Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles, and a valid Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles and completion of transportation-related programs.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Texas driver's license and ability to drive carts and vans; pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Transportation student workers; maintain reports/logs; process information via databases.
• Handle routine admin tasks: bike lock cuts, permit sales, bike/storage access, scooter operations, and policy enforcement.
• Perform duties with power tools; lift up to 50 lbs; work in all weather; support football game staffing.
