The position requires a valid California driver’s license, 2+ years of administrative experience, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in organization, business administration, public administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office support experience.
• Driving: Valid California Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-facing representative of Campus Safety & Transportation, handling admissions, passes, and campus vehicle access.
• Schedule departmental van rentals, coordinate repairs and maintenance with mechanics, and manage DMV paperwork and payments.
• Provide backup dispatch support and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and campus safety policies.
