Whitman College's Office of Admissions is seeking a student employee to warmly welcome prospective students and families and support recruitment efforts. You will lead campus tours, participate in panels, and assist with communications and event days.

As part of the Admissions team, you will gain experience in public speaking, collaboration, and representing the Whitman experience to diverse visitors across campus activities and events.

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled Whitman student taking a minimum of 6 credits.
• Active involvement in campus activities.
• Strong interest in representing Whitman College and assisting prospective students.

Responsabilités

• Give weekly campus tours to prospective families, including Saturdays.
• Serve on student panels during admission, alumni events, and virtual panels.
• Attend A-Team monthly meetings.
• Assist with additional projects (letter writing, emails, counselor programming, group tours).
• Participate in photos or videos for social media when asked.
• Assist with admission visitor event days (Fall 2026 Oct 17; Spring 2027 Apr 10 & Apr 24).
