• Handle reception duties and check-in/out of testing candidates.
• Monitor testing environment with surveillance and inspections.
• Advise students on testing competencies and requirements.
• Perform general office tasks including emails and reports.
• Assist in training new testing proctors.
• Support daily test center operations for a safe environment.
• Take on additional duties as directed by leadership.
