Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Google suite; intermediate/advanced preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate/advanced preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Enrolled in at least six credit hours in fall and spring terms; US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide general business office support.
• Use Google applications (G Suite) for daily tasks.
• Conduct research and analyze results.
• Meet with end users to gather needs.
• Collaborate on team projects.
• Test software and services from a student perspective.
• Provide feedback based on student viewpoint.
