Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of recruiting or campus recruiting experience.
• Strong recruiting background in construction or related trades is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the company’s internship program by organizing, scheduling and communicating to hiring managers.
• Coordinate career fairs, hiring events, information sessions, open houses, classroom presentations, and company tours.
• Develop and maintain ongoing recruiting partnerships with schools, colleges, trade schools, and community organizations.
• Schedule and conduct campus visits and agency meetings to build long-term talent pipelines.
• Serve as the company’s primary recruiting representative for educational institutions and community partners.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and place interns, supporting Talent Acquisition strategies.
• Maintain the ATS including candidate communications and disposition.
• Post job openings and assist with job fair coordination.
• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding materials.
