Collins Aerospace is seeking a Campus Talent Advisor to attract world-class talent. As a Talent Advisor and subject matter expert in recruiting, this role will work directly with hiring managers to help the business scale and recruit top talent for the business. You will be a key member of the Collins Campus recruiting team that will help drive continued talent excellence and growth at Collins.
In this role, you will need to possess advanced level recruiting knowledge, skills, and abilities, have a strong knowledge and history of recruiting in multiple skill areas and successfully design and transform recruiting activities. As part of the Human Resources function, you will work closely with HR and Hiring Manager partners to attract talent to the organization. The Talent Advisor will partner with hiring managers to open requisitions, source qualified candidates, and execute the offer process. This role demands a highly skilled individual in relationship building, and exceptional organizational skills who demonstrates outstanding attention to detail, follow though, and a sense of urgency.
What You Will Do
- Provide full cycle talent acquisition support within the Campus Recruiting program at Collins Aerospace.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
- Utilize the recruiting industry's latest sourcing and networking tools to implement and track applicants throughout the full recruiting life cycle and achieve results.
- Attract and hire talent while ensuring a positive candidate and new hire experience.
- Provide guidance and support to students and recent graduates throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform search execution, leveraging a deep knowledge of team and business objectives to serve as a thought partner and a true talent advisor for leaders.
- Own the full lifecycle of recruiting from talent mapping to interviewing to closing candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.
- Partner effectively with HR partners and other stakeholders related to compliance, onboarding, and other processes.
- Provide strategic guidance, education, and calibration techniques for senior leaders and interview teams.
- Develop and lead training sessions for hiring managers and event participants.
- Manage Campus recruiting focused projects.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- 3+years of full life cycle recruiting experience in competitive market spaces.
- Experience as a campus or early careers recruiter.
- Excel and PowerPoint experience.
- Experience with project management to include driving/leading multi-faceted hiring initiatives across various functional groups.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Stakeholder engagement and business aptitude, specifically partnering with, advising, and influencing executive leadership and connecting business evolution to talent priorities.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
*Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
