Join to apply for the Factory Talent Advisor role at Unilever.

This position is remote, but candidates must be within a reasonable commute to Jefferson City, MO, to support regular onsite visits. The role requires occasional evening presence at the factory, virtual or onsite, and participation in offsite events like career fairs and branding activities.

Background & Purpose of the Job

Join our North America Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Advisor. You will guide and support the recruitment process for our client groups, focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience and leveraging best-in-class systems and partnerships.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

You will hire frontline workers for our Beauty & Wellbeing factories, managing full-cycle recruitment from requisition to pre-onboarding. You will partner with managers and collaborate with HR and DEI initiatives, using platforms like Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn to source talent.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or engineering sectors.
• Proficiency with Workday, ATS systems, LinkedIn, MS Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking, stakeholder presentation, and customer-centric skills.

Compensation & Benefits
