Description : Meet the Team :

As a TA Advisor, you will support recruiting efforts for our manufacturing site in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will focus on developing partnerships with local schools and universities. This role is crucial for building and maintaining relationships that will help pipeline talent through effective university relations. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Where you come in :
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather and document requirements and initiate recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local educational institutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Support hiring for Support and Professional level positions.
  • Identify and utilize effective recruiting sources to advertise openings.
  • Promote the company's image among candidates and external providers.
  • Build networks and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and assess talent based on hiring frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation of candidate evaluations and interviews.
  • Advise hiring managers on creating competitive offers.

  • Initiative and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills across ATS, LinkedIn, social media, and job boards.
  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
  • Experience in medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus but not required.
