Qualifications

  • Two years' experience working in a TRIO program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual/group counseling sessions for personal growth and career choice.
  • Assist with cultural/educational enrichment activities.
  • Monitor participant academic and social program components.

Skills

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of academic and financial aid requirements
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of strengths and challenges of low-income students
Motivating learners

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
Master's degree preferred
