You will work within a collaborative Facilities Management team to ensure reliable operation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and equipment documentation.
• Physically capable of demanding work and safety‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable operation of commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
• Read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities.
• Utilize Windows-based tools for reporting and tracking.
