Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations under Market Leader or Campus Store Manager.
• Lead sales team to deliver customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Greet customers, handle inquiries, and resolve escalated issues.
• Handle opening/closing, deposits and cash control per procedures.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and displays.
• May cover breaks and assist other departments during peak times.
