Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional brand and service excellence across campus locations. You will mentor team members, manage financials, and coordinate with the Regional Manager on store performance and campus relations.

You will oversee talent development, customer service excellence, and adherence to health and safety standards while maintaining a high-performing, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of retail management or strong customer service experience.
• General computer skills.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and operating plans for traditional and peak periods.
• Cultivate campus relationships and events, and manage store operations with campus stakeholders.
• Lead full-cycle talent management including recruitment, coaching, and development.
• Create a customer-service culture focused on solutions-based selling and engaging experiences.
• Perform other duties to support overall store operations.
