Lead daily store operations, coach team members, manage merchandising and inventory, and cultivate strong campus partnerships while ensuring top customer service.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff across Course Materials, General Merchandise, Café/Convenience, and Trade Books, maintaining a clean, safe store

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least one year in leadership preferred.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily sales floor operations and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store operations with Store Manager, ensuring standards in merchandising and inventory accuracy.
