Follett Corporation is seeking a Campus Store Leader in Middletown, CT. You will support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager, driving sales growth and delivering brand and operational excellence across the store.

You will mentor team members, monitor store performance metrics, and ensure exceptional customer service, with availability aligned to business needs. Follett is a drug-free workplace and values collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and ability to influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through promotions and events.
• Partner with leadership to review financials and recalibrate goals.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and store cleanliness.
• Ensure security of assets and adherence to policies.
• Review and approve markups/markdowns as appropriate.
• Execute in-store course materials activities with materials leadership.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
