• Onboards new hires.
• Greets customers, answers phones, resolves escalated issues, and maintains a hassle-free customer service culture.
• Receives, verifies, and unloads orders; handles cash register operations and deposits.
• Stock shelves, inventories, and maintains merchandising standards and displays.
• Supports opening/closing as keyholder; may cover other duties.
• Performs accounts receivable tasks and end-of-month reporting; balances cash and reconciles registers.
