Follett Higher Education is seeking a Campus Store Leader to support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager in overseeing store operations. You will drive sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence, and mentor your team to deliver engaging customer service experiences.

You will support financial metrics, participate in store-wide initiatives, and ensure adherence to company policies. This role requires available hours to meet business needs and a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive results through sales growth and promotional activities.
• Manage store operations in collaboration with leadership.
• Operate cash registers and store systems with safe cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Train and coach team members on store standards and policies.
• Greet customers, answer phones, resolve escalated issues, and collect POS emails.
