Job summary

Follett is seeking a Campus Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across campus locations. You will mentor team members and support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager while ensuring brand and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include promoting campus events, managing cash and inventory, and collaborating with campus partners to enhance store performance. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience is typical.
• Retail or academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service, communication, and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store operations for traditional and peak periods.
• Execute promotions, events, and campus partnerships.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and daily banking tasks.
• Maintain inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure store assets' security and adherence to policies.
• Train and coach team members; onboard new hires.
• Provide engaging customer service and solutions-based selling.
• Communicate with campus and coordinate events.
• Assist with course materials activities in collaboration with leadership.
