Qualifications

• Proficiency with store computer systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Schedules team hours and trains new team members.
• Ensures policy compliance and merchandising standards.
• Oversees daily store operations and onboarding of new hires.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and resolve escalated issues for a hassle-free experience.
• Manages cash handling, deposits, and end-of-period reporting.
• Maintains inventory, stocks shelves, and supports peak periods.
• Acts as keyholder with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Supports shrink prevention and continuous improvement in service quality.
