Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or buying experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop team members.
• Experience with merchandising, inventory and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily department operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and monitor performance metrics.
