Job summary

Mosaic, an Acosta Group company, is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative. This part-time role owns an assigned field territory, connects households with Starlink information, and builds local awareness through door-to-door selling and events.

You’ll earn hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with training, coaching, mileage reimbursement, and a uniform provided. Ideal for students balancing class schedules.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes, manage time, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine if service meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using referral codes.
• Record hours, mileage, and sales activity and participate in regular check-ins.
