- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
Responsibilities
- Pursue spiritual growth and maturity as a disciple of Jesus.
- Lead campus leadership, aligning ministry plans and goals with InterVarsity vision.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers across chapters and campuses.
